I've sure gotten old. I've had two
bypass surgeries, a hip replacement, and
new knees. Fought prostate cancer and
diabetes. I'm half blind, can't hear
anything quieter than a jet engine, and
take 40 different medications that make
me dizzy, winded, and subject to
blackouts. Have bouts with dementia.
Have poor circulation; hardly feel my
hands and feet anymore. Can't remember
if I'm 85 or 92. Have lost all my
friends. But, thankfully, I still have
my driver's license.

One sunny day in 2005 an old man
approached the White House from across
Pennsylvania Ave, where he'd been
sitting on a park bench. He spoke to the
US Marine standing guard and said, "I

President Bush."
The Marine looked
at the man and said, "Sir, Mr. Bush is
no longer president and no longer
resides here." The old man said, "Okay"
and walked away.

A cat died and went to Heaven. God met
her at the gates and said:
- You
have been a good cat all these years.
Anything you want is yours for the
asking.
The cat thought for a minute
and then said:
- All my life I lived
on a farm and slept on hard wooden
floors. I would like a real fluffy
pillow to sleep on.
God said:
-
Say no more.
Instantly the cat had a
huge fluffy pillow.

Our pastor, an avid golfer, was once
taking part in a local tournament. As he
was preparing to tee off, the organizer
of the tournament approached him and
pointed to the dark, threatening storm
clouds that were gathering.
"Preacher," the organizer said, "I
trust you'll see to it that the weather
won't turn bad on us."
Our pastor
shook his head. "Sorry," he replied.
"I'm sales, not management!"

From a strictly mathematical viewpoint
it goes like this:
What Makes
100%? What does it mean to give MORE
than 100%? Ever wonder about those
people who say they are giving more than
100%? We have all been to those meetings
where someone wants you to give over
100%. How about achieving 103%? What
makes up 100% in life?
Here's a little mathematical
formula that might help you answer these
